The hotel is located on the beach overlooking the bay, providing a beautiful view while relaxing or partaking in beach activities. the restaurant offers a more refined dining experience compared to the buffet options, especially in La Gondola. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with helpful and friendly staff providing excellent service. the breakfast spread is varied and satisfying, catering to different tastes. the hotel offers fantastic facilities such as swimming pools and a seafood evening at Seabreeze.

The snorkeling experience was disappointing compared to previous trips to Egypt.

it is not clear that this hotel is part of a 3 stars resort and it was constructed at the far end of the resort ... in order for u to go to the beach u will have to walk not less than 15 min to 20 min and through the old less star resort !!! even more u will use the same facility given in the 3star hotel!! This means that i paid for 5 star hotel just to sleep but to enjoy the beach i downgrade !!!! I spend 1 night and left ,,,the hotel was not upto my expectations sorry.

The rooms where big.

Very limited breakfast on the pool bar in the sun. The service was very slow. The hotel pool is isolated from everything. The walk to the beach takes about 10 mins.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! the luxurious amenities were truly top-notch. From the exclusive swimming pool to the impeccable room service, every need was fulfilled with the utmost care. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were always maintained and had a wide array of delicious options. the private facilities were a definite bonus and added a level of exclusivity to our stay. Plus, the location provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The only negative aspect we encountered was the presence of mosquitoes. Although the hotel did what they could to control the issue, we still found ourselves with some bites.

Amazing Christmas experience! the room was spacious and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a nice balcony. the location was perfect, very close to shopping areas with plenty of options. We also enjoyed the great swimming pool, a nice place to relax and sunbath.

The food was not up to our expectations. We had some stomach issues, maybe due to the quality of the food or the ice in the drinks.

They always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to serve us. The cleaner was also very friendly and our room was always clean and tidy. The swimming pool was good, and Mr. Baher was very helpful in assisting us. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The location was convenient, as it was near the shore and close to the little Mall. The breakfast was okay, but the lunch and dinner were fantastic.

Great weekend getaway! The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. We had a balcony with a lovely view. The pool area was fantastic and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel's restaurant had a limited buffet menu and we had to pay extra for some dishes. The complimentary drinks were limited to certain hours and included only beer and cocktails, no wine.

I particularly appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to Namma Bay and avoid long lines at the Citadel. The hotel also provided a designated area at Sonesta Beach with breathtaking views of the Red Sea. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a modern bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the view from the room was simply stunning. Additionally, the facilities, such as the multiple pools and jacuzzi, added to the overall experience.

One minor drawback was the limited options at the all-inclusive buffet, which could have offered more variety in terms of food selection.
